Nivia is no stranger to the area. Born to Portuguese immigrant parents and raised on a dairy farm, Nivia is accustomed to working from sun up to sun down.

Nivia is an experienced Realtor who can guide clients through the home-buying process from beginning to end. Her previous experience working in the Title and Mortgage industry gives her the advantage in delivering great service to her clients.

When Nivia isn't working or volunteering her time she is kept very busy with her two children. She and her husband, Joe, put family values top on their list of priorities. Their family life is full keeping up with school, swim, guitar lessons, and cheerleading. Any free time after that is spent traveling to their favorite beach locations.
